A Better Way to Take Daily Vitamins

I've just finished a healthy breakfast, had coffee with my favorite creamer, checked my bank balance and weather, and sorted my emails. Now is the most dreaded time of the day: taking my vitamins. I can brace myself and drink those suckers now with another cup of coffee or have them with sweet orange juice. Ugh! At least I can get this arduous task out of the way at the beginning of the day! Another thought pattern might be, "I'll just take them at lunch," but that logic only prolongs the agony. Out of desperation, I discovered a little concoction that has made taking my vitamins a joy!
My Matcha Medley only requires a few ingredients and a protein shaker, and it is so easy to prepare. Not all matches are the same. I admit that Pique Teas are the Gucci (expensive) of green teas, but for good reason. For more information: https://www.piquelife.com/pages/our-science
Pour eight ounces of Mooala Almond Milk into a Protein Shaker, followed by one sachet of Matcha. Then, add two stevias and two teaspoons of honey. Now shake. Pour into a glass and add a straw and a little sprinkle of cinnamon. Woola! Prepare to gulp! Ready, set, go! Fish oil check, probiotic check, Suzanne Somers hair, skin, and nails check, coq10 check, vitamin D check, red yeast rice to lower cholesterol check, curcumin check, and Amata life for menopause symptoms. All done!
Ingredients:
8 ounces of Mooala Organic Almond Milk, unsweetened
1 serving of Pique Sun Goddess Matcha Green Tea
2 packets of Stevia
2 teaspoons of honey
Cinnamon
I found a better way to make taking daily supplements a joy. So pass me my vitamins and more Matcha, please.
